For more than 20 years Ray’s Fabricating of Asheville has been prototyping, designing, manufacturing and repairing all kinds of metal fabricated parts and assemblies.  One-offs, prototypes, short to long production runs and repairs of existing metal fabrications are all within our area of expertise.  In the past we have manufactured fixed and adjustable height leg systems for school furniture, steel cabinets with locking doors, quick change menu kiosks for the restaurants and specialized packaging fixtures for the clothing industry.  We also have manufactured sub-assemblies for heavy machinery production, motorcycle accessories, custom trailers and even custom BBQ cookers. There is no job too big or too small for Ray’s fabricating.
